Rent Our Community Center!

Welcome to the Coon Lake Community Center.
The Community Center is available to rent for any special occasion! Enjoy lake views from the pavilion, a park for the kids, a full kitchen, large TV with sound system to play your favorite music. This handicapped accessible facility is a wonderful option for your next event!

Request a Rental Agreement & Date - Dates will not be held until paperwork is completed and deposit is paid. The Rental Manager will let you know if this date is available, provide the rental agreement, and answer any other questions you may have. Please note if you are a member of the CLCSC or a business in your communication.

Community Center Availability

BUSY Indicates that the date is UNAVAILABLE

DAMAGE DEPOSITS are equal to the rental rates for the event.  The damage deposit will be refunded upon post-event inspection confirming there is no damage resulting from the event.  The cost to repair any damage resulting from the event will be deducted from the damage deposit prior to any refund.

CANCELLATIONS:  Full refunds of rental fee and damage deposit will be given for rental cancellations prior to 60 days before the rental date. An amount equal to ½ of the rental fee will be forfeited for any cancellations after 60 days before the rental date.
